Our story
Stability First Financial Group was founded by Danny Souri, a licensed life insurance agent and agency owner who has been in the industry since 2020. What started as a passion for protecting working families grew into a full-scale agency. Danny built his first team from the ground up, learning every aspect of the business — from prospecting and sales to agent training, carrier relationships, and compliance.
After years of experience and growth, Danny launched Stability First Financial Group with a clear mission: do right by people. Too many Americans are either underinsured, sold the wrong product, or paying premiums on a policy that was never built with their real needs in mind. Stability First was built to fix that.
Today, SFFG operates across more than 20 states, serving individuals, families, and business owners with personalized coverage solutions and a commitment to long-term relationships — not one-time transactions.
